Matt and Kelly Elmore are both native Floridians, born into wonderful Christian families. They met in college at Florida State University (Go Noles!), where they were both involved in the Baptist Campus Ministry. After graduating with a degree in marketing, Matt felt called into the ministry. Specifically, he felt led to go to the country of Kenya, where he had taken a mission trip while in college. Kelly was not so sure at first, but God gradually changed her heart (a whole other story!) and she agreed to go for one year. That was in 2008, and they’re still there! Kelly works for a wonderful international Christian school called Rosslyn Academy, and Matt has since earned his Master of Theological Studies degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. They love living in Kenya and enjoy its beautiful animals, landscapes, and people. It is now truly a home for them, their little boy Ezekiel, and their sweet and slightly quirky cat, Chewy. 

Katie, and her husband Jared, live in Benton, Arkansas. For their honeymoon they traveled to Kenya to work with a mission groups. Not until the the following summer at a family reunion (somehow Katie & Kerry are related), did Katie and Kerry connect about Kenya. 2 years later, the entire Clifton family visited the Stickney's in Nairobi to see ACO first hand. Somehow, someway, Katie finds time to raise awareness of the ACO mission between running a successful business, keeping up with 4 kids, being a pastors wife (The Clifton's started a church in Benton), having Bible study in her house each week for 50 middle school students, and advocating for those that need a hand-up in the Little Rock area. In her spare time, she makes a couple of trips to Kenya with mission teams.
